Arrie Parker brings a hands-on approach to business development, customer service, operational problem-solving, and process improvement. His experience working directly with businesses led him to identify a common issue: organizations frequently pay too much for toner while still dealing with emergency purchases, faded prints, inconsistent cartridge replacement, and little visibility into total costs.
Chantilly Cartridges was built to address the entire cartridge cycle rather than simply sell replacement products. The company provides cartridge removal, remanufacturing, refilling, replacement, recycling, scheduled service, and ongoing cost and cycle management.
Arrie also developed CartridgeAI, a cartridge management platform designed to organize printer, cartridge, replacement, service, cost, alert, and savings data for environments ranging from one printer at a single location to a large multi-location organization.
