Printer Tech Network Terms of Service
These terms explain the basic expectations for independent printer technicians and vendors who apply to support CartridgeAI customers.
Plain-English note: This page is a working business terms page, not a substitute for attorney-drafted legal documents. It should be reviewed before the network begins assigning paid service work at scale.
1. Independent Vendor Relationship
Printer Tech Network participants are independent vendors or independent contractors. Submitting an application does not create employment, partnership, agency, franchise, or guaranteed-work status with Chantilly Cartridges or CartridgeAI.
2. No Guaranteed Assignments
Approval into the network does not guarantee service calls, minimum earnings, route work, or recurring assignments. Work opportunities may depend on customer demand, location, qualifications, response time, pricing, and performance history.
3. Accuracy of Information
Applicants agree that their service areas, rates, experience, references, licenses, insurance details, and uploaded documents are accurate to the best of their knowledge. Chantilly Cartridges may request updated documentation before assigning work.
4. Licenses, Permits, Insurance, and Compliance
Printer technicians are responsible for complying with applicable federal, state, county, city, and customer-site requirements. This may include business registration, local business licenses, insurance, taxes, and any specialized requirements that apply in their jurisdiction or to a customer location.
5. Customer Conduct
Technicians must communicate professionally, arrive on time, respect customer property, protect confidential customer information, and avoid making unauthorized promises on behalf of Chantilly Cartridges or CartridgeAI.
6. Scope of Work
Technicians should only accept assignments they are qualified to perform. Work may include printer repair, basic troubleshooting, printer audits, cartridge replacement visits, cartridge pickup/delivery, paper delivery, and onsite support tasks.
7. Rates and Payment
Rates submitted through the registration form are used for review and assignment planning. Final payment terms may be confirmed per assignment, route, customer, or service ticket before work begins.
8. Documentation
Chantilly Cartridges may request a completed W-9, business insurance certificate, business license, manufacturer certification, or other documents before assigning paid service work.
9. Network Removal
Chantilly Cartridges may decline, pause, or remove a technician or vendor from the network for customer complaints, incomplete documentation, poor communication, safety concerns, inaccurate information, or other business reasons.
10. Agreement
By submitting the Printer Tech Network registration form, the applicant acknowledges these terms and understands that approval and assignments are subject to review.
